   LOGROÑO, 21 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –

   La vicesecretaria de Regeneración Institucional del Partido Popular, Cuca Gamarra, ha mostrado este domingo «absoluto respeto y respaldo a nuestros jueces y al Poder Judicial», así como «todo el respaldo y confianza a nuestros Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado».

   Así lo ha asegurado en declaraciones a los medios de comunicación, este mediodía en Logroño, donde ha acudido junto con cargos municipales ‘populares’ a visitar algunas de las instalaciones repartidas por la ciudad dentro del Festival de Arquitectura ‘Concéntrico’.

   Preguntada por el auto del juez Juan Carlos Peinado, en el que impone medidas a la esposa del presidente del Gobierno, Begoña Gómez, como la retirada del pasaporte ante un posible riesgo de fuga, algo a lo que, como apunta el magistrado, cree que podrían ayudarle sus escoltas policiales, Gamarra ha comenazado argumentado que «yo creo que hay dos planos».

   «Por un lado -ha explicado- está el Consejo General del Poder Judicial que, por las informaciones que tenemos se va a pronunciar en relación a este auto y por tanto ese es un camino que está ahí y que nosotros respetamos absolutamente».

   Pero por otro lado, ha proseguido, «también hay una cuestión clara que queremos trasladar de manera contundente desde el Partido Popular y es nuestra absoluta confianza y nuestro absoluto respaldo a los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado».

   Apoyo, entre otras cuestiones, según sus palabras, porque «están demostrando su compromiso con el Estado de Derecho y están siendo claves, además, para desde su independencia y desde su neutralidad, incluso resistiendo a los ataques que desde el propio Gobierno están sufriendo durante los últimos tiempos para poder realizar su labor».

   «Así que -ha insisitido- trasladamos nuestro respaldo y nuestra confianza a los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado». En todo caso, ha considerado también «lógico» el enfado de asociaciones policiales respecto a las afirmaciones del juez, «porque ellos representan a los hombres y mujeres que, desde los CFSE, trabajan diariamente en la protección de los españoles».

   Agentes «que, además, están demostrando su profesionalidad y su imparcialidad sometidos a presiones que están siendo incluso investigadas por parte de los tribunales, presiones que provienen del propio Gobierno, que provienen de la propia esfera directa del propio presidente del Gobierno, y por tanto nuestro respaldo y nuestra confianza».

   Cuestionada también por la reunión urgente mantenida esta mañana por parte del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, con un posible expediente a Peinado sobre la mesa, Gamarra ha vuelto a manifestar su «máximo respeto a la separación de poderes, que parte también de respetar el trabajo que, en este caso, corresponde al CGPJ y que nosotros evidentemente no vamos a interferir ni queremos llevar a cabo ningún tipo de presión en relación al mismo».

   «Lo que ellos analicen, lo que ellos decidan, es el camino lógico y que hay que respetar en un país en el cual la separación de poderes se ve todos los días atacada desde el Gobierno. La alternativa, que es el Partido Popular, lo que muestra siempre es el absoluto respaldo y respeto a nuestros jueces y a nuestro Poder Judicial. Y desde ese respaldo y respeto, evidentemente, a la labor que desarrolla como órgano de gobierno el Consejo General del Poder Judicial», ha reseñado.

«RESPONSABILIDADES POLÍTICAS».

   Y sobre si el auto del juez va a modificar en algo la comparecencia prevista para el próximo miércoles en el Congreso del presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, la dirigente del PP ha apuntado que «lo que está claro es que el auto avanza todavía más en la imputación de cuatro delitos a la mujer del presidente del Gobierno».

   Ha planteado que «veremos si ese procedimiento judicial termina o no en condena, eso es el ámbito del derecho penal, pero lo que está claro es que hay una responsabilidad política que sí afecta también a este debate, y es la responsabilidad política de que Moncloa se haya convertido en un centro de tráfico de influencias, presuntamente».

   «Y que la utilización del mismo habrá podido ser delito o no por parte de la mujer del presidente. Pero lo que está claro es que el haber hecho uso de esa condición en beneficio propio, evidentemente en política, debiera de tener consecuencias«, ha concluido Gamarra.
