Una sobreviviente del Holocausto cuenta su historia en TikTok para sensibilizar a los jóvenes (+Videos)

A través de redes sociales, se dio a conocer la historia de Tova Friedman, una mujer de 85 años de edad, sobreviviente del Holocausto nazi. Hoy en día, la misma Friedman usa TikTok para dar a conocer los horrores que vivió en el campo de concentración Auschwitz, entre 1944 y 1945, cuando era una niña de seis años.

La abuela cuenta sus historias, en la sala de estar familiar en Morristown, Nueva Jersey, mientras su nieto se encarga de la administración de la cuenta de TikTok. También habla de sus experiencias antes y después del campamento.

Del mismo modo, el nieto, Aron Goodman, dijo que sus videos más vistos son “los que muestran su número”, la identificación tatuada en los brazos de los prisioneros en Auschwitz.

«La gente de todo el mundo realmente no puede tener la oportunidad de ver a un sobreviviente, de ver la historia en su brazo. Entonces, las redes sociales y TikTok son la forma en que impartimos nuestro mensaje y mostramos la evidencia del Holocausto que la gente niega injustamente», añadió Aaron.

She was 5 years old, and was at the German Sheppard’s heights, but never looked at the soldiers’ faces.
